Full Stack Software Engineer
Full-time
Xynth is building the future of AI-powered trading research. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work across our entire stack to ship features that help traders and hedge funds make better decisions faster.
What You'll Do
- • Build and ship full-stack features from database to UI
- • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into our research platform
- • Work with real-time financial data and build high-performance systems
- • Collaborate directly with founders to define product direction
Who You Are
- • Strong in Python - data pipelines, ML, backend services, quantitative analysis
- • Proficient in TypeScript - React, Next.js, Node.js
- • Passion for quantitative finance - you're excited about markets and trading
- • Bias toward action - you ship fast and iterate based on feedback
- • 2+ years of experience at a startup or similar fast-paced environment
Growth Lead
Full-time
Drive enterprise adoption by getting Xynth into the hands of hedge funds, prop trading firms, and institutional investors.
What You'll Do
- • Run outbound campaigns targeting hedge funds and asset managers
- • Build targeted prospect lists and manage inbound leads
- • Craft messaging that resonates with quants and finance professionals
- • Run experiments and double down on what works
Who You Are
- • 1-5 years experience in growth or sales at a startup
- • Experience with outbound (cold email, LinkedIn)
- • Comfortable with data - spreadsheets, list building, basic analytics
- • Bonus: Understanding of hedge funds or institutional finance
